KTM enduro in the Sahara

Two hours or a full day on a KTM enduro bike with a riding guide, for riders who already know off-road.

Good to know

Riding a motorbike in the dunes

Erg Chebbi and the stony plains around it are one of the classic destinations of desert enduro, crossed for years by the great rallies. Riding the sand on a light KTM is pure fun, but it requires technique: standing on the pegs, looking far ahead and keeping a steady throttle on the climbs.

Our riding guide adapts the route to your level: soft dunes and fast tracks in the hamada for those who are new to sand, and higher crests and longer loops for experienced riders. Helmet, goggles, gloves and body protection are included, and you can bring your own gear if you prefer.

Questions

What level do I need for the KTM tours?

You should be comfortable on a manual off-road motorbike. Sand is new for most riders, so the guide adapts the route and gives tips from the first minute.

Is riding gear included?

Yes: helmet, goggles, gloves and body protection. You can also bring your own boots and gear if you prefer.

Do I need a motorbike licence?

We ride off-road, but we recommend a motorbike licence or solid off-road experience. Tell us your level when you book.
